We were referred to Alison by a long time friend of ours. We were told she was the best and we were not disappointed. Alison paid attention to every detail we requested. I had decided somewhat on a whim to test the market and list my home for sale by owner. I believed the property would generate quite an interest given the location and lack of inventory within its price range. A couple weeks went by without any serious inquiries however I was inundated with realtors wanting to come view the home with what I assumed was the hope of getting the listing. Most of these realtors quickly walked through the home and immediately launched into a generic list of reasons why I should list the home with them. That was until Alison called requesting to view the property. Alison walked in and was extremely professional and well prepared and definitely went the extra mile providing feedback on my FSBO listing as well as comparable sales in the area. She was not pushy about getting a listing but I told her I’d likely be giving her a call within a couple weeks if no further interest was generated. Within a week, I called Alison and told her I’d like to list the home with her if she was comfortable at my preferred list price. She immediately got to work ordering professional photographs, signage, and marketing materials. I believe the listing was posted on the MLS on a Friday afternoon, a couple came to see the property Saturday morning, and we had an offer on Saturday afternoon. After a couple days of negotiation, which was salvaged by Alison’s cooler head prevailing, we were under contract by Tuesday. Alison was extremely responsive and frank with any of my questions throughout the process and we closed without any hiccups. Alison is a true professional that goes to work on behalf of her clients and I couldn’t recommend her more.

Working with Allison was great. We were purchasing from out of town. We met with her once to view a few properties. We did not find what we wanted on that first visit but she found another listing for us the next week and we felt entirely comfortable making an offer, sight unseen, based on her recommendations. We trusted her to handle the inspections, walk thrus, etc without having to physically be there to handle ourselves.
