ABOUT ALISON
Hi, I'm Alison, and I'm excited to introduce myself and share a little about who I am - both personally and professionally. I've been a licensed real estate agent in Alabama and Florida since 2002. Since that time, I have worked with buyers and sellers from Baldwin County to Panama City Beach, Florida to achieve the real estate goals.
I specialize in all types of residential real estate whether that be single family homes, second home purchases, vacation rental investments, new construction and land. We have so many buyers finding out how amazing the Gulf Coast is - it's a pleasure to introduce and educate my clients to help meet their specific needs and desires.
As a 20+year resident of this area my local knowledge and real estate market expertise allows me to do just that! In addition, I previously spent 12+ years working directly in the vacation rental industry. If finding an investment or second home property along our coast is your goal - I'm your girl! When I'm not selling real estate, I am a proud mom of four kids: Morgan, AJ, Alex, and Max and enjoy spending time with them. If I'm not with my kids, you can catch me on the golf course, enjoying our local live music scene, or watching SEC football.
After more than two decades in real estate, I'm still just as passionate about this business, the people I serve, and the beautiful Gulf Coast community I'm fortunate to call home.
